Refund & Return Policy

All Sales are Final – No Exceptions

1. Hygiene and Safety

Due to the intimate nature of adult products and health department regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Once a product has been shipped, it is considered "used" in terms of resale capability. This policy ensures that every customer receives a 100% sterile and brand-new product.

2. Damaged or Defective Goods

In the rare event that an item arrives with a manufacturing defect, you must notify us at support@midnightwears.com within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp. You must provide:

• Your Order Number
• Clear photos/videos of the defect
• Photos of the original packaging

3. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet entered the fulfillment process. Once a tracking number is generated, the order cannot be stopped or refunded.
